Our Policies

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments missed without notice (no-shows), may be subject to a fee of up to the full service price.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that it ends on time out of courtesy to the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major payment methods. Prices are subject to change.

Gift certificates never expire and can be redeemed toward any service. Any remaining balance stays on the certificate for future visits. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
